SERVICE MANAGER

Immediate start in our Mountcharles branch

Salary commensurate with experience

Applicants must be interested in pursuing a career in Service Management and working as a member of a Service Department within a busy dealership.

Over 18 years of age.

Experience essential.

The primary functions of the Service Manager are as follows:

  • Monitor/manage workshop loading system
  • Monitor/manage job card system
  • Monitor/manage service reception to maximise booking efficiency
  • Regularly monitor workshop productivity, profitability and financial performance and take corrective actions if necessary
  • Assign work to relevant employees
  • Advise on diagnostic problems
  • Develop and maintain relationships with distributors, suppliers and other relevant contacts
  • Monitor equipment use and maintenance
  • Manage all warranty related paperwork and procedures in accordance with company and/or distributors policy
  • Monitor estimating system
  • Insure accurate and up to date invoicing
  • Promote associated products and services including VHC and ServicePacks
  • Manage workshop Health and Safety
  • Monitor quality customer service programme and improve overall customer service levels within the Service Department

PARTS MANAGER

Applicants must be interested in pursuing a career in Parts Management and working as a member of an Aftersales Department within a busy dealership.

Over 18 years of age.

Experience essential.

As a Parts Manager, you will be responsible for leading a busy Parts Department, increasing sales potential and providing excellent customer service, and demonstrating a technical understanding of the motor trade.

You will ensure that all customers at retail and workshop areas are dealt with quickly and efficiently and that all orders are processed on the same day. You will also complete all administrative functions in an accurate and timely manner.

DUTIES INCLUDE:

  • Overseeing the parts department operation and co-ordinating deliveries and returns, order parts daily as required.
  • Identifying potential sales opportunities
  • Monitoring and managing stock levels, minimising obsolete stock levels.
  • Ensure that all parts and accessories are correctly received, binned and accurately recorded
  • Ensure that all customer returns are credited on a daily basis and report any errors.
  • Ensure that a thorough understanding and an up to date knowledge of all products are maintained
  • Constant communication with the Service Dept personnel with regard to order / sales and delivery of parts, resulting in no downtime for mechanics.
  • To operate a Just-In-Time basis with suppliers
  • Provide estimated for trade & insurance purposes where necessary.

SALES EXECUTIVE

Senior Sales Executive

Kelly’s Toyota, an established motor retailer in Donegal are interested in recruiting a Senior Sales Executive to join our team.

The ideal candidate must be an experienced sales executive preferably with motor industry experience and a proven track record.

It is essential you are enthusiastic, motivated, willing to learn and adaptable to new sales processes and techniques in a busy sales environment. You must demonstrate strong communication skills & professional presentation as well as being a team player in a progressive business.

The primary responsibilities of the position are as follows:

  • To sell new & used vehicles using an effective sales process, techniques and guidelines in place to target.
  • Deliver a first class experience to the customer in line with company guidelines.
  • Ensure compliance throughout the showroom & displays to company and brand standards
  • Demonstrate a pro-active & positive sales approach to winning and securing new business
  • Ensure all customer information, sales activities, vehicle documentation & other relevant information is kept and maintained accurately & comprehensively.
  • Assist sales staff with daily operations of the department as necessary
  • Demonstrate appropriate IT skills necessary for the role
  • Hold a full, clean drivers licence.
