RECEPTIONIST / ACCOUNTS ADMINISTRATOR

We are currently seeking to recruit a suitably qualified and experienced individual for the role of Accounts Administrator in our Mountcharles office.

 
The primary tasks / requirements of the position are as follows: 

  • Answer telephone in a friendly, professional manner, transferring calls to correct extensions and dealing with requests
  • Cashiering – reconciling daily cash and credit cards, doing necessary corrections, preparing lodgements and posting to accounts software.
  • Vehicle Sales invoice processing
  • Purchase invoice processing & validation including reconciliation of statements
  • Tracking and monitoring of aged receivables
  • Multiple vehicle administration duties
  • Multiple customer care administrative duties.
  • Other administration tasks as required.
  • Candidate should have excellent communication and inter-personal skills and a positive attitude
  • Commitment to accuracy and attention to detail
  • Be organised and professional
  • An ability to work under pressure and to reporting deadlines
  • Experience essential
  • Immediate start
  • Salary commensurate with experience
