Applicants must be interested in pursuing a career in Parts Management and working as a member of an Aftersales Department within a busy dealership.
Over 18 years of age.
Experience essential.
As a Parts Manager, you will be responsible for leading a busy Parts Department, increasing sales potential and providing excellent customer service, and demonstrating a technical understanding of the motor trade.
You will ensure that all customers at retail and workshop areas are dealt with quickly and efficiently and that all orders are processed on the same day. You will also complete all administrative functions in an accurate and timely manner.
DUTIES INCLUDE:
- Overseeing the parts department operation and co-ordinating deliveries and returns, order parts daily as required.
- Identifying potential sales opportunities
- Monitoring and managing stock levels, minimising obsolete stock levels.
- Ensure that all parts and accessories are correctly received, binned and accurately recorded
- Ensure that all customer returns are credited on a daily basis and report any errors.
- Ensure that a thorough understanding and an up to date knowledge of all products are maintained
- Constant communication with the Service Dept personnel with regard to order / sales and delivery of parts, resulting in no downtime for mechanics.
- To operate a Just-In-Time basis with suppliers
- Provide estimated for trade & insurance purposes where necessary.

Job Title: Panel Beater
Kellys Toyota are looking to hire a highly qualified Panel Beater / Spray Painter to join our Bodyshop team in Mountcharles. The role offers a competitive salary & immediate start. Experience is essential.
The ideal candidate will have experience in all aspects of accident repair, panel beating, and bodywork preparation, and be capable of producing high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
Applicants will ideally:
- Be fully qualified as a panel beater or bodyshop technician.
- Have experience in panel repair, replacement, welding, and realignment.
- Be capable of producing consistent, high-quality work to manufacturer standards.
- Work well under pressure while maintaining efficiency and attention to detail.
- Hold a full driver licence.
- Be health and safety conscious with good housekeeping practices.
Key Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Carry out panel beating, body alignment, and repair work on vehicles.
- Replace or repair damaged body panels using appropriate methods and equipment.
- Carry out welding, filling, sanding, and pre-paint preparation.
- Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards and in line with manufacturer specifications.
- Make written and verbal reports on repair activity to the Bodyshop Manager or Foreman.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment in accordance with company health and safety policies.
